Radical changes coming for the home improvement business in New Jersey

On January 8, 2024, the “Home Improvement and Home Elevation Contractor Licensing Act” was signed into law. It repeals and replaces the Contractors' Registration Act for the regulation of home improvement and home elevation contractors.
