“Co-Chair BCBA Construction Law Subcomittee”

For immediate release

I am very pleased to have been re-appointed Co-Chair of the Construction Law Sub-committee of the Burlington County Bar Association Civil Practice Section, to serve through the coming year with my friend and co-chair Jim Landgraf.

The week before last, Jim and I were called by the incoming co-chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Section, Ramsey attorney Stephen W. Bialkowski, who asked us whether we would be interested in partnering a joint meeting of our respective groups this year.  Of course, we were very interested, and the details for a joint meeting in the Spring will be forthcoming.

Jim and I are also soliciting scholarly articles on construction law for inclusion in the December edition of the BCBA’s Straight Word.  For subsection members looking to get their names out there, associated with this area of practice, this is a great opportunity.  Jim and I invite you to email us at your convenience to propose a topic.

We have a “Lunch and Learn” continuing legal education seminar on the drawing board for November and a two-hour CLE seminar set for early next year, and slots for presenters are still open.  To join the Construction Law Sub-committee, you can find your membership application online at https://burlcobar.org/membership.php.

Bob Incollingo is a dedicated South Jersey construction attorney who litigates construction, business, and real estate cases in Gloucester County, Burlington County, and Camden County, New Jersey from his office in Cherry Hill.
