Ethical Preparation of Expert Testimony

South Jersey construction lawyer Robert J. Incollingo has been invited by the Burlington County Bar Association to speak to local attorneys on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 on the topic of attorney ethics in the preparation and presentation of non-medical expert testimony, at the BCBA’s online legal education seminar hosted by the Civil Practice Section and the Construction Law Section.  Mr. Incollingo’s presentation will explore the ethical use of expert witnesses, with reference to the implicated rules of professional conduct, evidence and civil procedure. “Ethical Preparation of Expert Testimony” will be presented from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and will be followed by a presentation by attorney James Landgraf, Esq. on “Admissibility of Expert Testimony and the Daubert Factors Test since In Re: Accutane (2018).”  To reach the BCBA for reservations, phone: (609) 261-4542, or email bcba@burlcobar.org.
