Ethical Preparation of Expert Testimony

South Jersey construction lawyer Robert J. Incollingo has been invited by the Burlington County Bar Association to speak to local attorneys on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 on the topic of attorney ethics in the preparation and presentation of non-medical expert testimony, at the BCBA’s online legal education seminar hosted by the Civil Practice Section and the Construction Law Section.
