Incollingo has once again been invited by the South Jersey Real Estate Investors (SJREIA) Rehabbing Subgroup to speak at its monthly meeting on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 7:00 pm at the Empire diner (the former Brooklawn diner), 297 Crescent Boulevard (Rte 130 at the Circle), Brooklawn, New Jersey, to update his 2019 presentation on home improvement contract payment clauses – time & materials, cost plus, fixed price, fixed price with economic adjustments, fix price with incentive, cost plus incentive, as well as draw schedules based variously on construction milestones or percentage completion, and how front end loading, down payments and retention impact cash flow.
