BEWARE OF DOG Construction Cases! – A New CLE Seminar

My fellow Burlington County Bar Association members Dan Posternock and Jim Landgraf and I are going to have fun presenting a new Construction Law continuing legal education seminar, “BEWARE OF DOG!: How to Spot a Loser Construction Case and Do Everybody a Favor” on behalf of the Construction Law Civil Bench and Bar Subcommittee over Zoom on Wednesday March 27, 2024.  Time: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Dan, Jim and I will discuss how to approach the new client interview of contractors and project owners, to investigate and vet incoming construction cases, and weed out the dogs no one –  lawyer or client – should carry around for two years.  We will also be discussing the ethical considerations involved in accepting, handling or rejecting such cases.  The Program has been approved for Ethics CLE credits!
