Robert J. Incollingo Certified as Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS)

For immediate release

As a dedicated construction attorney who litigates coverage disputes and other cases overlaid by contractual risk transfer and insurance issues, I am very pleased to announce that I have been tested and certified as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) through the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI).  This insurance designation recognizes specialized expertise in construction insurance, and demonstrates one’s commitment to the construction industry through an on-going continuing education component focusing on construction risk and insurance.  The core curriculum for the CRIS program consists of the five courses listed below:

  • Commercial Auto, Surety, CIPs, and Miscellaneous Lines
  • Commercial Liability Insurance for Contractors
  • Contractual Risk Transfer in Construction
  • Property Insurance for Contractors
  • Workers Compensation for Contractors

Much more than by the credential, I am proud to have renewed and increased the capacity of my law firm to address and handle the challenges faced by our clients in this essential part of their business.
