Glendora attorney elected co-chairman of the Construction Section of the NJ State Bar Association

Robert J. Incollingo, a Glendora attorney, has been elected co-chairman of the Construction Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Incollingo was named to the position May 14 at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting and Convention in Atlantic City. He will serve a two-year term along with Paramus attorney Harry E. McLellan III.

A practicing attorney for 27 years who focuses on business and construction litigation, Incollingo (www.rjilaw.com) is a graduate of Temple University and its school of law. He also attended the construction development and management certificate program at the University of California, Irvine, and completed the construction management certificate course at Camden County Community College.

In addition to his leadership role with the New Jersey State Bar Association (www.njsba.com), Incollingo is a member of the Burlington County and Camden County bar associations and the unified State Bar of California. He serves as a commercial arbitrator by appointment of the Superior Court in Camden and Burlington counties.

He is a frequent speaker at professional conferences on construction topics and is a contributing author of “Residential Construction & Renovation: A Legal Guide for New Jersey Homeowners,” published by the New Jersey State Bar Foundation. He was named 2007 Man of the Year by the New Jersey Remodelers Association.
