Identifying Coverage for Construction Claims (2)

South Jersey construction lawyer Robert J. Incollingo has been invited by the Tri-County Construction Code Association to speak to area construction code officials on the topic of spotting insurance coverage for construction claims, at the Association’s upcoming meeting and seminar, to be held at the Adelphia Restaurant in Deptford on Wednesday, November 28th. Mr. Incollingo will survey the insurance policies that contractors typically buy, discuss the common features that govern which important exposures are and are not covered with reference to recent case law and industry trends, and suggest practical tips for spotting covered claims in the field. “Identifying Coverage for Construction Claims” will be presented from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and earn continuing education credit for the attendees.
