South Jersey construction attorney Robert J. Incollingo has been selected by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the non-profit continuing education service of The New Jersey State Bar Association, Rutgers – The State University of New Jersey, and Seton Hall University, to appear on a distinguished panel of recognized New Jersey state construction law experts to discuss timely issues, and to provide other attorneys with practical tips and strategies that they can put to work in their practices, in the upcoming seminar entitled, NEW JERSEY CONSUMER FRAUD ACT IN COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION DISPUTES: ISSUES, CLAIMS & ELECTION OF REMEDIES. The panel will present new material concerning the Consumer Fraud Act, the New Home Warranty and Builders’ Registration Act, the Contractors Registration Act and the Home Improvement Regulations which have all shaped the current state of New Jersey law with respect to construction law claims. The seminar will be presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Construction and Public Contract Law Section, and held:
