South Jersey construction lawyer Robert J. Incollingo has been invited by the Gloucester County Legal Education Association to speak to local attorneys on the topic of attorney ethics in the preparation and presentation of expert testimony, at the GCLEA’s half-day continuing legal education seminar, to be held at the Gloucester County College (Rowan at Gloucester County) in Sewell on Saturday, March 28, 2020.
