InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors Seminar

South Jersey attorney Robert J. Incollingo has been invited by the New Jersey Chapter of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NJ NACHI) to present on the regulatory requirements for pre-inspection agreements at the Holiday meeting on Tuesday, December 11th, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Tavern on the Lake, 101 N. Main Street, Hightstown, NJ.

Robert J. Incollingo is immediate past co-chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section, and a director of the Remodelers Council of the Builders League of South Jersey. Mr. Incollingo has been approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission as a Continuing Education Instructor for real estate brokers and agents, for courses on the core topics of disclosure and legal issues. He is the author and instructor of “What to Expect (Legally) from your Home Inspector,” a two-hour course dually approved and accredited for Continuing Competency of Home Inspection as well as for real estate brokers and agents mandatory continuing education core credit.
