New Continuing Education Course for Real Estate Licensees: “Amendments, Addenda and Contract Revisions in NJ Real Estate Practice”

The New Jersey Real Estate Commission has approved a new Continuing Education Course titled, “Amendments, Addenda and Contract Revisions in NJ Real Estate Practice” written and presented by South Jersey attorney Robert J. Incollingo. The Course Identification/Reference Number is: C20160337.

“Amendments, Addenda and Contract Revisions in NJ Real Estate Practice,” 1 credit, will equip the practicing real estate professional with an overview of the inherent legal principles and the required formalities for legally binding contract revision. The material will be delivered with reference to black letter contract law with relevant reference to New Jersey cases, statutes and regulations on point. Upon completion of the course, the student should achieve a working familiarity with the formalities of execution and basic contract principles for the effective amendment of real estate agreements.
