New Continuing Education Course for Real Estate Licensees: “Regulation of Property Condition Issues 102”
For immediate release
The New Jersey Real Estate Commission has approved a new Continuing Education Course, “Regulation of Property Condition Issues 102,” written and presented by Cherry Hill real estate lawyer Robert J. Incollingo. The new course has been approved for 2 Core Classroom credit hours, and its Identification/Reference Number is: C20161308.
This course is designed to be the second of two classes on the legal aspects of property condition issues, which derive their timeliness from the development and circulation this summer of a new form contract of sale by the Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors. The new residential contract offers buyers and sellers choices and disclosures mandated by New Jersey DEP and DCA regulations which bear on socially relevant property condition issues such as private drinking water sources, lead paint, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, asbestos, mold, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, radon, and the approved seller’s property condition disclosure form.
