NJ Real Estate Commission Approved Instructor

South Jersey attorney Robert J. Incollingo has been approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission (NJ REC) as a Continuing Education Instructor for real estate brokers and agents, for courses on the core topics of disclosure and legal issues. His NJ REC approved 2 credit course, “NJ Real Estate Disclosure” was presented for the first time to the Burlington Camden County Association of REALTORS® on October 14th, 2011.

“NJ Real Estate Disclosure” will again be presented to the Burlington Camden County Association of REALTORS® on Thursday, December 1st, 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the BCCAR Real Estate Success Institute facility at 306 Kings Highway South, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. For information on the new professional education requirements, please see the State of New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance REC website, which states that commencing on July 1, 2013, in order to qualify for renewal or to reinstate an unrenewed license after that date, every individual licensed as a broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson must have completed 12 hours of continuing education. At least six of the twelve credits must be obtained in courses within the “core topics,” specified at N.J.A.C. 11:5-12.4. The six must include at least 2 credit hours on ethics. The remainder can be electives.
