South Jersey Construction Attorney Speaks on Consumer Fraud Damages in Residential Construction

South Jersey construction attorney Robert J. Incollingo has been invited by the Builders League of South Jersey (BLSJ) to speak at an upcoming seminar on consumer fraud in residential construction, on Friday, June 15, 2018, at 8:30 a.m. at the BLSJ headquarters at 114 Haddontowne Court, Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Mr. Incollingo will inform the members on how better to assess and avoid consumer fraud claims that threaten new home builders and home improvement contractors. The three different types of consumer fraud, the concept of ascertainable loss, personal liability for owners, managers, and their agents, fee shifting, treble damages, the refund remedy, the learned profession exemption, and the applicability of consumer fraud to the licensed trades are all on the agenda.
