Speaker at Consumer Agency Conference
For immediate release
Cherry Hill construction lawyer Robert J. Incollingo has again been invited by the County and Municipal Consumer Agencies of New Jersey (CAMCA) to present to the membership at their upcoming September meeting on the topic of “Home Improvement Contracts.” The new seminar, to be held at the monthly meeting in Cape May, will feature material delivered with direct reference to legally compliant provisions of a specimen home improvement contract. CAMCA is a statewide consumer advocacy organization made up of county and municipal consumer office Directors from around New Jersey. The organization meets monthly and acts to ensure protection of consumers through education, representation and advocating for the enactment of legislation, statutes and the promulgation of regulations that protect the rights of the consuming public. The group also acts as liaison between local consumer agencies and the State Office of Consumer Affairs, discussing areas of mutual concern regarding consumer fraud and other fraudulent acts throughout New Jersey.
Bob Incollingo is past co-chair of the NJSBA Construction Law Section. His law practice focuses on representing private owners, remodelers and specialty trade contractors in all stages of the construction process. If you have a question about a home improvement contract or about consumer fraud, he can help.
