Speaker to Plumbing & Heating Contractors

For immediate release

South Jersey construction attorney Robert J. Incollingo has been invited by the Association of Plumbing & Heating Contractors of Camden County, Inc., a local affiliate of the New Jersey State League of Master Plumbers, Inc. to speak on the application of the New Jersey home improvement practices regulations to plumbing and heating contractors, on Thursday, November 10th, 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Adelphia Restaurant in Deptford, NJ. Interested parties may contact the Association for further information through the link provided.

Although separately regulated by the Board of Master Plumbers, plumbing and heating contractors must still comply with the home improvement practice regulations, which are found in the Administrative Code at N.J.A.C. 13:45A-16.1 to 16.2, and interpret the Consumer Fraud Act, N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 to -20, in the field of residential construction.

Robert J. Incollingo is a former chair of the NJSBA Construction Law Section whose practice focuses on representing private owners, architects, general contractors and trade contractors in all stages of the construction process.
