Gloucester Township attorney Robert J. Incollingo has been invited by the Burlington Camden County Association of REALTORS® to present a seminar to area real estate professionals on “NJ Real Estate Disclosure” on Friday, October 14th, 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the BCCAR Real Estate Success Institute facility at 306 Kings Highway South, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. The seminar will outline the agent’s legal obligations in a real estate transaction to disclose and to refrain from disclosing certain information to other parties, other agents, outsiders, and the government. The material will be delivered with reference to principles of common law agency as modified by New Jersey and federal statutory and regulatory law, on the following topics:

  1. The Realtor as Fiduciary
  2. Disclosures to the Principal (Client)
  3. Off-Site Conditions
  4. On-Site Conditions
  5. “Stigmatized Property”
  6. Financial and Legal Qualification
  7. Duties to Refrain from Disclosure
