World’s Leading Authority on Thermography Law Speaks at IR/INFO 2020
For immediate release
New Jersey construction lawyer Robert J. Incollingo will again be presenting at IR/INFO 2020, to be held January 19 – 20, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. IR/INFO is the annual forum and information exchange hosted by the Infraspection Institute for in-house and contract thermographers, business owners and entrepreneurs in the thermographic, NDT, and P/PM fields. Mr. Incollingo will present “Risk Management for the Thermographer,” a short course discussing key principles at play in contractual risk transfer and insurance for the working thermographer, and addressing the question, “Loose talk to one side, can you actually plan for the worst?”
Bob Incollingo litigates coverage disputes and other cases overlaid by contractual risk transfer and insurance issues in his home state of New Jersey. He has been certified as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) through the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI). This insurance designation recognizes specialized expertise in construction insurance, and demonstrates one’s commitment to the construction industry through an on-going continuing education component focusing on construction risk and insurance. Vaguely recognized as the world’s leading authority on the law of infrared thermography since before the turn of the century, Bob has wangled invitations to speak at IR/INFO annually since 2001.
1As far as I’ve been able to tell, there is no distinct field of knowledge called “thermography law,” so it’s fair to say I have no present competition for the title. And in all fun, remember, “… experts agree that while there is a theoretical basis to thermography, there is no provable use for it …” Thermographic Diagnostics v. Allstate, 125 N.J. 491, 593 A.2d 768 (1991).
