South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association Seminar

South Jersey construction lawyer Robert J. Incollingo has again been invited by the South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association to speak on the regulatory requirements for residential construction contracts, at the monthly meeting of the Rehab Subgroup on Tuesday, April 22nd, 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at The Alliance Building, 217 Broadway, Westville, NJ.
South Jersey construction attorney Robert J. Incollingo is a recent co-chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section, and a director of the Remodelers Council of the Builders League of South Jersey. His practice focuses on representing private owners, architects, general contractors and specialty trade contractors in all stages of the construction process. Mr. Incollingo has been approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission as a Continuing Education Instructor for real estate brokers and agents, and has written and qualified eleven courses to date on the core topics of disclosure and legal issues, including ‘Home Improvement Contracts’ (one credit, NJREC course number C20161118).
